Barbara gave great advice about Goal Setting Strategies!! Identify the goal. What do you want to accomplish? Write it down. Look at it often. Take action steps to achieve your goal. Be specific with what you are going to do.

Follow Through!!!
Use the reward and reprimand system. (This is totally optional). If you take action and move one step closer toward your goal, reward yourself with some small treat. (think outside the fridge!!) If you procrastinate, penalize yourself by taking something away from yourself. This is not meant for you to put yourself down though.
Keep yourself motivated all the time - affirm and visualize the achievement of your goal. Do this every morning and night. Try a post it note on your bathroom mirror or inside of a door.
